Site Manager Spec Housing

The Company:

We are working with a successful a privately owned, regional housebuilder who, due to securing a number of contracts have asked us to source a Site Manager to join their team. You’ll be able to take real pride in your work as they focus on high end, luxurious properties. These schemes can be a mixture of new build & refurbishment schemes throughout Greater Manchester & Cheshire.

The Role:

They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working for a spec housebuilder and come from a trades background.

Initial schemes are in the Manchester and Cheshire areas, so ideally you will be based in or able to commute there on a daily basis.
