Site Manager
Force Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial and mixed-use developments across Leeds and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
* Manage subcontractors, labour teams, and suppliers
* Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
* Coordinate project schedules and site logistics
* Conduct toolbox talks and site meetings
* Monitor quality control and project progress
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and senior leadership
* Maintain site documentation and reporting
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Site Manager in commercial or residential construction
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
* Good understanding of health & safety legislation
* Full UK driving licence
