Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: £40,000 – £47,500
Location: Manchester

We are working with a RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in Manchester who are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. The practice has built a strong reputation across the Northwest for delivering thoughtful, people-centred design, with a particular focus on residential, regeneration, and care sector projects.

Their portfolio spans a wide variety of schemes including masterplanning, multi-unit developments for regional developers, high-end bespoke one-off homes, social housing, and care facilities, with a genuine emphasis on design that improves lives and communities.

Role Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' post-graduation experience, with some of that at a senior or lead technical level
Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD
Strong experience within the residential sector across a mix of low rise, high rise, care, and mixed-use schemes
Familiarity with traditional and modern methods of construction including timber, steel, and concrete frame
Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and mentor more junior members of the teamA competitive salary is on offer in line with experience, alongside a package that includes private medical insurance and a discretionary bonus scheme.
