This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of design services to high profile projects across Yorkshire. They are looking for a proactive and talented Architectural Technologist to join their Leisure team in their Sheffield studio.

Manage and deliver Leisure projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Strong experience working from RIBA stages 4 onwards
Strong technical detailing skills
