Conrad Consulting are delighted to be partnering with an award-winning, design-driven Architectural Practice in Leeds (LS6), who are seeking an ambitious Architect to join their growing team. This innovative, medium-sized practice has enjoyed over 25 years of sustained success and continues to secure a wide variety of exciting, design-led commissions across its established core sectors.
They are now looking to strengthen their Residential team with a talented Architect who is eager to develop their career within a collaborative and supportive environment. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of living-sector schemes including new-build housing, student accommodation, retirement living, bespoke one-off homes and complex conversions.

The Role & Responsibilities
The successful Architect will work closely with senior team members and project leaders to support the design and delivery of projects across multiple RIBA work stages. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Architect to further develop their technical, design and project-running skills within a highly respected practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the design and delivery of projects across a range of residential developments.
Producing high-quality design, technical and presentation drawings using Revit and CAD software.
Preparing planning applications, technical packages, specifications and production information.
Coordinating with consultants, clients and contractors throughout project lifecycles.
Contributing to project meetings and assisting with project administration tasks.
Supporting the delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 0-7.
Ensuring work is completed in line with project programmes and practice quality standards.
Developing strong technical knowledge and contributing to the continued success of the Residential team.
About You
ARB-registered Architect with approximately 2+ years' post-Part III qualification experience.
Previous experience working within a UK Architectural Practice.
Residential sector experience is highly desirable, including housing, apartment schemes, student accommodation or mixed-use residential projects.
Proficiency in Revit and CAD software.
Strong design, technical and detailing skills.
Good understanding of UK Planning Policy, Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Motivated, ambitious and keen to continue developing professionally within a supportive environment.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst managing individual responsibilities effectively.

Salary of £34,000 – £38,000, dependent on experience.
