Junior / Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Location: London
Working Pattern: Office-based 4 days per week

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team working on high-end private residential projects across London and beyond.

This role would suit someone with around 2–4 years’ experience who is eager to develop their career in a collaborative and design-focused environment. Consultancy experience isn’t essential — what matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine passion for the industry.

What we’re looking for

* Around 2–4 years’ Quantity Surveying experience

* Experience in residential projects is beneficial, particularly private homes or luxury residential work

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

* Someone who brings energy, ideas, and a real interest in construction and design

The role

* Supporting the delivery of private residential projects from inception through to completion

* Assisting with cost planning, procurement, tendering, valuations, and final accounts

* Working closely with clients, contractors, and the wider project team

* Gaining exposure to high-quality bespoke housing projects
