Estimator – Property Services – North London

Our client is a reputable Main Contractor with a turnover of £150 million, delivering projects across the Property Services sector. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team based in North London. The role will involve working across a diverse range of projects, typically valued from sub £50,000 up to £20 million.

Responsibilities

* Taking full financial responsibility for projects from inception through to completion

* Preparing and managing tender submissions

* Negotiating tenders with clients and stakeholders

* Putting together comprehensive tender documentation

* Liaising with subcontractors from initial enquiry through to final account

* Building and maintaining strong working relationships

* Undertaking first principle estimating

* Working across Social Housing frameworks

* Pricing and cost planning for tenders

Requirements

* Proven experience working as an Estimator within a Social Housing Main Contractor

* 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role

* Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management

* Strong commercial awareness and acumen

* Experience working on Social Housing frameworks and property services projects

£60,000 – £80,000
