Job Description

Managing commercial performance across Planned Property Services contracts throughout the Midlands region.

Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial staff delivering social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Overseeing CVRs, cost reporting, forecasting, subcontractor management, and final accounts for Planned Works contracts.

Building strong client relationships with Housing Associations and Local Authorities across the Midlands area.

Supporting operational teams to ensure Planned Maintenance projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on programme.

Skills / Qualifications

Proven Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within Planned Property Services or Social Housing.

Strong knowledge of Planned Maintenance, refurbishment, decarbonisation, and reactive maintenance contracts in the Midlands.

Experience managing commercial teams and multiple social housing contracts simultaneously.

Degree Qualified, HNC/HND, or equivalent Commercial Management qualification.

Excellent contractual, financial reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills within Property Services environments.
