Tired of delivering the same maintenance projects over and over?

A growing Design & Build consultancy is looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to deliver technically interesting projects focused on energy reduction, sustainability and decarbonisation.

Projects typically range from £25k to £1m and include:

* Heating upgrades

* Air Source Heat Pumps

* HVAC systems

* Solar PV

* Electrical upgrades

* Building Management Systems

* Building services refurbishment projects

You'll take ownership from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

* Deliver multiple M&E projects

* Manage budgets and programmes

* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

* Manage project reporting

* Oversee commissioning and handover

* Ensure compliance and quality standards

Experience Required

* Building Services

* Mechanical & Electrical Projects

* Contractor or Consultancy Environment

* Commercial or Public Sector Projects

* Strong stakeholder management skills
