A highly respected Quantity Surveying Consultancy with a modern approach to cost consulting, are seeking an articulate and professional Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Director in delivering several high profile, residential based projects across London and the Southeast – including private homes, large scale residential developments, modular homes, and later living.
Alongside supporting a Director with different elements of pre and post contract work, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have their own projects to deliver from feasibility to completion.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
Residential project experience
Preferably from a Cost Management / Construction Consultancy practice
Pre and post cost management experience
Client facing – excellent people skills – professional
Comfortable delivering projects from inception to completionIn Return?
£65,000 – £75,000
