We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to support the delivery of a major commercial refurbishment project in London Bridge involving the full refurbishment of a 10-storey commercial office building with an MEP value of approximately £35 million.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced project team delivering a large-scale refurbishment scheme within a high-profile commercial environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the electrical pre-construction and project delivery functions, ensuring technical compliance, programme alignment, and coordination across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibility
Lead and coordinate electrical pre-construction activities
Review and coordinate technical drawings and design information
Prepare technical submissions and project documentation
Produce scopes of work for subcontract packages
Liaise with project management, consultants, subcontractors, and delivery teams
Support procurement and package development activities
Assist with programme coordination and technical risk management
Ensure technical compliance throughout the project lifecycleProject Details
