Site Manager – Residential Development

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a rapidly growing residential developer delivering high-quality housing schemes across Cornwall.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects ranging from bespoke developments to multi-unit residential schemes, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and growing. You will be take responsibility for the day-to-day management of residential developments from groundwork through to completion.
The Role
* Coordinating subcontractors, trades, materials, and site resources
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Monitoring quality and compliance
* Maintaining excellent health & safety standards across site operations
Requirements
* Proven experience managing residential housing developments
* Strong knowledge of construction processes from groundwork to finishing trades
* SMSTS and an understanding of CDM regulations
* Good knowledge of current building regulations and NHBC/warranty standards
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* IT proficiency including Microsoft Office (
