Contracts Manager

An established and highly respected subcontractor in the specialist facades market is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple complex projects concurrently. The Role:
You will be responsible for managing up to 3-5 live facade projects at a time, ensuring quality, safety, and commercial outcomes are met across the board. You’ll coordinate with PMs, site teams, and head office functions while acting as the key client liaison.

Key Duties:

Oversee all operational aspects of multiple façade projects

*

Deliver projects on time and within budget

*

Ensure robust site safety and quality protocols

*

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labour

*

Regularly report to senior management and client stakeholders

Requirements:

*

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager role within cladding/facades

*

Ability to manage large teams and multiple projects

*

Commercial acumen and understanding of programme management

*

Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel across sites
