Electrical Estimator

As an Electrical Estimator, you'll play a key role in securing commercial projects and residential new-build housing schemes, helping to shape the future growth of the business.
This opportunity is with a respected multi-discipline contractor delivering services across commercial and residential sectors. With an established presence in the housebuilding market and growing relationships with major M&E contractors, the company is investing heavily and requires an experienced to support its continued expansion.

As an Electrical Estimator, you will be:

Producing accurate estimates and quotations for commercial projects
Pricing labour-only packages for M&E contractor-led schemes
Preparing supply-and-install quotations for residential new-build housing developments
Reviewing tender documents, specifications, and drawings
Estimating EV charging installations, external lighting projects, containment systems, and cable tray works
Applying practical installation knowledge to calculate labour allowances and productivity rates
Supporting the growth of the electrical division through consistent pricing and commercial support

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within a UK contracting environment
Ideally experience pricing residential new-build housing and apartment projects 
Knowledge of labour-only and full installation contracts
The ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet quotation deadlines
