Sub Agent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to support delivery on a major heavy civils and clean water infrastructure project in Southampton.

Works include cofferdam backfill, clean water pipework installation, and associated civils packages on a long-term programme of works.

Sub Agent Responsibilities:

* Support the management and delivery of site operations.

* Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.

* Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme.

* Maintain quality assurance and site documentation.

* Assist with planning, reporting, and client coordination.

Sub Agent Requirements:

* Previous experience on heavy civils or water infrastructure projects.

* EUSR blue (Clean water hygiene) required.

* SMSTS or SSSTS.

* CSCS Card.

* Good understanding of temporary works and site safety procedures.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.
