Mechanical Project Manager

Freelance Mechanical Project Manager required for a well-established and highly respected Nottingham-based M&E Building Services contractor. This Mechanical Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to work across commercial, office fit out, education, healthcare, retail and leisure projects, with values ranging from £500k – £5m.

The successful Mechanical Project Manager will oversee projects cradle-to-grave, managing procurement, technical submissions, programme delivery, budgets, site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

This Mechanical Project Manager role would suit someone with previous Mechanical Building Services experience delivering commercial and fit out projects, either as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager or M&E Project Manager.
