The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead the delivery of key commissions while supporting the continued development of both clients and the wider Cost Management team.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading major projects from inception to completion
Delivering high-quality pre and post contract services
Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients
Managing and developing project teams
Supporting business development and networking initiatives
Overseeing commercial performance across multiple commissions
Providing strategic cost and procurement advice
Contributing to the growth and success of the London office

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

The consultancy is seeking a commercially astute and client-focused Associate Quantity Surveyor with a strong consultancy background.

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
MRICS qualified or equivalent
Significant consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
Proven experience managing client relationships
Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
Experience leading teams and mentoring surveyors
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Business development experience would be advantageous
