Remuneration: £45,000 – £55,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of Estimator – Commercial Fit Out will involve:
* Estimator position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
* Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
* Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Producing formal quotations to customers
* Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
* Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
* Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Working on projects ranging in value up to £10m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Commercial Fit Out with
* Must have extensive estimating experience within the construction fit-out market sector
* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
* Resilient individual
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Familiar with estimating software such as Eque2 / Evaluate or similar
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Full UK driving license
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Good team player who also works well individually
