We're working with a highly regarded residential developer to recruit a Site Manager for a brand-new 200-unit traditional build development in a beautiful Surrey location surrounded by woodland and open countryside.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a scheme at the perfect stage. Groundworks are currently underway, foundations are due to commence shortly, and you'll have the chance to help shape the development from the early phases through to delivery.

You'll be joining an established site team consisting of a Senior Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, providing the support structure needed to deliver a high-quality development while allowing you to take ownership of key areas of the build.

Working closely with the Senior Site Manager to drive programme and production targets
Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards
Leading plot progression from foundations through to completion
Supporting and managing NHBC inspections throughout the construction process
Monitoring build quality and ensuring issues are identified and resolved early
Maintaining strong health & safety standards across the development
Building positive relationships with trades, suppliers, and the wider site team
Contributing to a well-organised, professional, and positive site culture

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding
Strong traditional build experience
Previous experience working with a PLC developer or quality-focused regional housebuilder
Good understanding of NHBC standards and inspection requirements
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Someone who takes pride in delivering quality homes and maintaining high site standards

What's On Offer

Up to £70,000 basic salary
Competitive package and bonus
Opportunity to join a development in its early stages and influence delivery from the outset
Strong site structure with experienced management support
Long-term pipeline of work with a respected residential developer
Genuine opportunities for career progression

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys being involved from the beginning of a development, working within a strong team environment, and delivering homes that both the business and future homeowners can be proud of.
