Site Manager

Overview

Reginald Gray continues to partner with a key client on an exciting opportunity within their expanding Core Division. A well-established, Oxfordshire-based contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the business at a particularly exciting stage of growth.

With a strong pipeline of secured work, the company delivers a diverse range of projects valued between £3m and £20m, spanning new build, refurbishment, and heritage restoration across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Site Manager seeking greater ownership and variety within a highly respected regional contractor.

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of project types, from complex heritage restorations and sensitive refurbishments through to significant new-build developments, providing genuine variety and long-term career development.

You will be responsible for site operations, subcontractor coordination, programme management, health and safety compliance, quality control, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants throughout the construction process.

What We Are Looking For

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within a main contracting environment

* Experience delivering projects across new build, refurbishment, or heritage restoration

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Excellent understanding of health and safety and quality management

* Ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively

* Based in or within commutable distance of Oxfordshire
