A highly regarded architecture practice in Milton Keynes is looking to appoint an experienced Senior CDM Principal Designer to join their fast growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially aware professional who can hit the ground running, managing projects independently and supporting clients across a varied portfolio.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of CDM regulations, excellent communication skills, and experience working closely with design teams within the built environment sector.

Key Requirements of the Senior CDM Principal Designer:

* Proven experience as a CDM Principal Designer

* Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations

* Ability to manage projects autonomously

* Excellent client-facing and coordination skills

* Background within architecture, construction, or consultancy preferred
