Enfield | Up to £85,000 + Package + Progression

A well-established main contractor with multiple divisions is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of cladding, façade, recladding, building envelope and remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Commercial management of cladding, façade and external envelope projects

* Preparing and reviewing pricing, variations and change control

* Managing subcontractor procurement, packages and accounts

* Producing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts

* Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial reporting

* Contract administration and risk management

* Liaising with clients, site teams and subcontractors

* Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion

* Ensuring commercial targets and project profitability are achieved

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment

* Experience with cladding, recladding, façade, EWS, fire remediation or external wall system projects preferred

* Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
