Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project risk management or similar roles
Proficient in risk management standards such as PMI, ISO 31000, and AACEI
Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis (QRA) tools, including Primavera Risk Analysis and/or @Risk
Skilled in MS Excel, Power BI, and risk management platforms like ARM or Safran Risk
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, fluent in English
Proven ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure, fast-paced project environmentsNice to Have Skills
RMP (Risk Management Professional) certification or equivalent
Experience leading risk workshops and stakeholder interviews
Familiarity with integrating risk registers with work breakdown structures (WBS), cost breakdown structures (CBS), and project schedules
Knowledge of steel industry projects or large-scale infrastructure initiativesPreferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related field
At least five years of hands-on experience in managing project risks and opportunities, preferably in engineering or construction projectsOther Requirements
Ability to support ongoing monitoring and reporting, including the preparation of dashboards and risk reports for diverse stakeholder groups
