Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated RICS Surveyor to join our team, Fabric surveying for Commercial buildings.

Our client has over 150 stories of commercial buildings to survey mainly across London and south. the occasional job out of London, but will pay accommodation. mileage is paid 45p per mile after 50 miles.

Responsibilities:

* Internal and external Fabric Surveys.

* produce survey summary

* Raise reactive work orders

* provide risk rating

* photographic surveys
