Quantity Surveyor

Fomac agency require an experienced Quantity surveyor. This role will be site based located in central London. The job will be a high standard mansion house project refurbishment and a successful applicant will have:
– minimum of 5 years experience working as a quantity surveyor
– a degree in quantity surveying
– proven experience in cost estimation and cost control within the construction industry
– proficient in all relevant software applications for quantity surveying and project management is an advantage
– hold a valid CSCS card
– MRICS or MCIOB desirable (not essential)
– strong knowledge of contracts and legal principles
– Experienced in re-measurement, valuations, and supply chain negotiation
– a right to work in the UK
