Project Quantity Surveyor & Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Suffolk / Cambridgeshire Region

A well-established main contractor is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of significant new-build education projects in the East of England.

These are substantial schemes offering the opportunity to work within a successful commercial team on projects from procurement through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

Cost management and commercial reporting
Procurement and subcontractor management
Variations and change control
Valuations and payment applications
Risk and opportunity management
Final accounts and project close-out

Requirements

Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor
New-build construction experience
Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Location

The projects are based in Suffolk, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates located across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, and surrounding areas.
