Salary: £28,000–60,000 depending on experience

A growing façade contractor is expanding their design team and is looking for CAD Technicians who want to progress into a Façade Designer role. The position is office‑based and offers full training, working closely with an experienced Design Manager across cladding, SFS and wider external envelope packages.

Role overview:
• 2D AutoCAD drawings, details and setting‑out
• Supporting the Design Manager on live projects
• Site surveys (approx. twice per month)
• Technical submissions and document uploads
• Material schedules and procurement support
• Interpreting architectural and structural drawings
• Full training and oversight provided
