Passive Fire Protection Installation Teams Required – Southwest England

Due to the award of a major long-term contract, we are seeking experienced Passive Fire Protection Installation Teams (2–4 operatives per gang) to work across the Southwest of England.

Locations

We are looking to appoint dedicated teams based in or covering the following areas:

Bath

Bristol

Cornwall

Exeter

Taunton

Weston-super-Mare

Project Scope

The works will be carried out within:

Care homes

Sheltered accommodation schemes

Supported living and residential care environments

The projects involve the installation and maintenance of passive fire protection systems to ensure compliance with current fire safety regulations and client requirements.

Contract Duration

Initial 2-year contract

Potential 3-year extension

Long-term, consistent workload available

Requirements

All operatives must hold:

NVQ qualification in Passive Fire Protection

PASMA certification

IPAF certification

Asbestos Awareness training

Experience Required

The client's preferred manufacturers are:

Firefly

Quelfire

Applicants must have proven experience working with these products and be fully familiar with the manufacturers' installation guides, specifications, and quality standards.

Established gangs of 2–4 operatives

Experience working in occupied and sensitive environments such as care homes and sheltered accommodation

High standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Ability to work independently within designated regions

Strong understanding of passive fire protection regulations and best practices

Commitment to health, safety, safeguarding, and professionalism when working around residents and staff
