A leading name in the structural steel industry is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team, overseeing projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile steelwork projects for a well-established contractor known for delivering quality, innovation, and excellence within the sector.

The Role

Manage day-to-day site operations on structural steel projects
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Monitor programme, quality, and health & safety compliance
Act as the key point of contact on site throughout project delivery

Requirements

Proven Site Management experience within the structural steel industry
Strong understanding of steel erection and construction processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Relevant site management qualifications and tickets (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.)
Willingness to travel and work on projects nationwide
