Site Supervisor

Our client is a leading national contractor delivering major projects across highways, structures, environmental and rail infrastructure.

Following the award of several new schemes linked to a flagship regional transport programme, they are seeking to appoint multiple Site Supervisors to strengthen their delivery teams.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate site activities.

* Ensure compliance with H&S, quality and environmental standards.

* Manage labour, plant and subcontractors.

* Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records.

* Support programme delivery and cost control.

* Escalate safety, quality or resource issues where required.

* Promote productivity, best practice and continuous improvement.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within highways, structures or civil engineering.

* SSSTS or SMSTS.

* CSCS Card.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
