Are you a Project Manager, with experience in residential construction, looking to join a leading business, where you have the chance to work on state-of-the-art projects across North London and be able to progress your career?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company, in a varied and technical role, where you will be recognised as the go to expert and receive exposure on cladding projects.

The company area a leading property management & construction business, overseeing residential / high rise projects across Greater London. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add a project manager to work on their upcoming cladding projects.

In this role you will work as a project manager across the companies new build and refurb projects, specifically you will oversee cladding works. The role will involve dealing with stakeholders, overseeing compliance & regulation checks, working with H&S to ensure the project delivers on time.

The role would suit a project manager with experience in residential construction projects who has experience or is interested in cladding projects.

The Role:

Project Manager
Oversee new build construction & Highrise refurbs
Oversee construction process, ensure compliance with regulations
Up to £55,000 (Negotiable)The Person:

Full uk driving license
Residential construction experience
