Site Manager – Retail Rollout Programme

East of England | 18-Month Contract Opportunity

My client is seeking multiple experienced Site Managers to join a major retail rollout programme delivering projects across the East of England.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume programme offering long-term continuity of work, with an initial 18-month pipeline already secured and the opportunity to move onto future projects within the wider business upon completion.

The Opportunity

Working on a series of retail fit-out and refurbishment schemes, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The centre of the patch is around Braintree, with projects extending down to Southend-on-Sea and up to King's Lynn. Candidates should therefore be willing to travel across the region as required.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of site activities
Coordination and supervision of subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements
Managing programme delivery and site progress
Maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Liaising with clients, project teams and stakeholders

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you MUST hold:

Valid Black or White CSCS Card
SMSTS Certificate
First Aid at Work CertificateYou will also have:

Proven experience managing retail fit-out, refurbishment or rollout projects
Strong leadership and organisational skills
The ability to operate effectively within fast-track construction environments
