CSA Project Manager – Data Centre – Amsterdam
Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Responsibilities
* CSA Project Delivery
* Lead and manage all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on a large-scale Data Centre project, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, quality, and safety standards
* Stakeholder & Package Coordination
* Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of CSA works with MEP packages and overall project delivery
* Programme & Risk Management
* Drive programme adherence by monitoring progress on site, identifying risks to key milestones, and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain schedule
* Subcontractor Management
* Oversee subcontractor performance from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications, design intent, and company quality expectations
* Health & Safety Leadership
* Champion a strong safety culture on site, ensuring all CSA activities are carried out in full compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures, and best practice across fast-paced, high-value projects
Requirements
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
EU Passport is preferred
