Site Manager

Kenton Black are seeking an ambitious and driven Site Manager in Aberdeen. The client, a well-established main contactor, are looking for a Site Manager to support delivery across a portfolio of residential and commercial developments in the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of exciting projects, whilst developing towards a senior site manager and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

– Leading the day-to-day running of construction sites
– Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
– Monitoring site progress against programme and reporting on key milestones
– Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
– Conducting site inspections, quality control, and snagging processes
– Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

About You

– Previous experience in a construction environment, in a management role.
– Good understanding of construction processes and site operations
– Strong organisational and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
– CSCS card (essential)
– Full UK driving licence

Desirable

– SMSTS certification
– First Aid qualification
– Experience working on residential or mixed-use developments
– Knowledge of health & safety legislation within construction
