This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading social housing contractor on a new social housing refurbishment project focusing on roofing repairs.

Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join them on a social housing refurbishment project in Leeds, with plans of more projects in the pipeline in the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:
* Reporting into the Contracts Manager
* Management of method statements and risk assessments
* In charge of the daily running of the site

Experience required for this Site Manager role:
* CSCS Card and in date
* SMSTS Card and in date
* Previous social housing refurb experience
* Previous experience of managing streams

Package offered for this Site Manager role:
* £48,000-£50,000 Salary
