MEP Project Manager – Data Centre Construction

Location: Greater London
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 + Package

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a Main Contractor delivering a major Data Centre project in Greater London. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health packages from design coordination through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all MEP aspects of the project.

*

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and client teams.

*

Monitor programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.

*

Review technical submissions and design information.

*

Lead MEP coordination and progress meetings.

*

Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover.

*

Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements.

Requirements

*

Minimum 5 years' experience in an MEP Project Management role.

*

Experience working for a Main Contractor on large-scale construction projects.

*

Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems.

*

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project delivery programmes.

*

Experience delivering projects through commissioning and handover.

*

Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
