Salary: £32-45,000 DOE

Daily Duties
Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
Develop construction details, specifications and technical documentation
Coordinate information with architects, engineers and external consultants
Prepare and manage BIM models throughout project delivery
Attend design team meetings and technical workshops
Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections as required
Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards
Support project delivery from technical design through to construction
Assist with technical problem-solving and project coordination
Contribute to BIM standards and technical best practice across the studio
Ideal Candidate
Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Architectural Technology, Architecture or a related discipline
Intermediate to Senior level experience within a UK architectural practice
Strong Revit proficiency is essential
Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
Experience producing coordinated technical drawing packages
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and current legislation
Experience working across commercial, education, healthcare, residential, industrial or public sector projects
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
CIAT membership or progression towards chartership would be advantageous
