Site Engineer

The Role:

As Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of highways construction works, ensuring quality, safety, and programme requirements are met on site.

Key Responsibilities

* Setting out and surveying works in accordance with project requirements.

* Managing and maintaining accurate site records.

* Ensuring works are delivered to specification and quality standards.

* Producing and reviewing as-built information.

* Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and client representatives.

* Supporting quality assurance and health & safety procedures.

* Assisting with progress reporting and programme management.

Requirements

* Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on highways or civil engineering projects.

* Proficient in the use of setting-out equipment and surveying instruments.

* Strong understanding of highways construction methodologies.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* CSCS card essential.

* SMSTS or SSSTS desirable.

* Full UK driving licence preferred.
