The Role

As Project Director – M&E, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a large-scale construction project, overseeing all aspects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Director – M&E Will lead and manage all phases of the development, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Project Director – M&E Will Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Project Director – M&E Will Manage day-to-day project operations, including teams, subcontractors, and key milestones.

Project Director – M&E Will Provide regular project updates to the leadership team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Project Director – M&E needs to have a strong M&E background with a proven track record of delivering major construction projects valued between £30 million – £50 million.
