Lead and manage projects through RIBA Stages 1-6
Produce detailed technical drawing packages from concept design through to project delivery
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
Monitor project programmes and ensure key milestones and deadlines are met
Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Utilise Revit daily for design development and project documentationAbout You

ARB registered Architect
Proven experience working within a UK architectural practice
Strong proficiency in Revit
Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
