About the role of Commercial Manager

As Commercial Manager, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor who operate across Europe with a London office based in the City. They deliver major building, infrastructure, rail, highways and commercial developments with a turnover of over £1bn.

You will be supporting the commercial team on a large commercial development in Central London. You will join their building team to perform commercial management duties on commercial developments with values of £100m – £300m.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Commercial Manager

Include but not limited to;

Lead change management in line with project strategy
Work collaboratively with designers, supply chain, and key stakeholders
Integrate cost plans
Administer the head contract
Ensure project scope, contractual notices, terms and conditions are clearly understood and effectively managedKey Requirements of Commercial Manager

Live within commutable distance to Central London
Previous experience operating at Commercial Manager level
JCT contract experience
Degree qualified in a construction related subject
Contributed at senior level within commercial or project leadership teams
Strong knowledge of contract and commercial law
