The Role
As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will lead the electrical engineering function on major developments, managing all phases of the project lifecycle—from design and procurement through to installation and commissioning. Your role will be critical in ensuring seamless integration across disciplines, driving performance, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Electrical Project Manager will lead the electrical team, overseeing design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases

*

Senior Electrical Project Manager will provide detailed project updates and reports to the Project Director

*

Senior Electrical Project Manager will foster and manage strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams

*

Senior Electrical Project Manager will ensure all project milestones and deliverables meet company quality, budget, and safety standards from tender through to handover

Skills and Experience:

Senior Electrical Project Manager will have proven experience delivering large-scale M&E construction projects valued between £15M–£20M+

*

Senior Electrical Project Manager will have strong background in electrical engineering (with mechanical understanding an advantage)

*

Senior Electrical Project Manager will have comprehensive project lifecycle experience, from pre-construction through to delivery and handover

*

Senior Electrical Project Manager will excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills

*

Senior Electrical Project Manager will experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations
