Site Manager

The Company:

We are working with one of the most dominant players in the North West construction Market.

They are a part of a major construction group who take on a mixture of projects from new build/small refurb/extensions up to £200m+, technical challenging projects and have a long, successful history in the region.

They have a realistic turnover target given their presence on a number of key public sector Frameworks together with good relationships with many of the leading private sector clients/developers.

They operate in a number of sectors including; Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Multi Storey residential, Student Accommodation, Leisure, Industrial, Defence and Blue Light.

The Role/You:

Due to a healthy pipeline of work set for the rest of 2026 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Senior Site Manager to lead a healthcare scheme in Lancashire.

They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working as a number one, for a main contractor on healthcare projects.  

You will be based in or able to travel to the Lancashire and Southern Cumbria on a daily basis.
