Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a highly respected national property consultancy as they look to strengthen their London Building Consultancy team with the appointment of a Senior Building Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor seeking to take the next step in their career within a well-established commercial property environment. The role offers a strong project bias, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets for a range of investor, occupier, and landlord clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and experienced team, delivering a broad range of project-led building surveying services including refurbishment, fit-out, contract administration, dilapidations, and technical due diligence instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and delivering commercial building surveying projects from inception through to completion.

Contract administration and project management duties.

Preparation of specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.

Undertaking technical due diligence surveys and reporting.

Dilapidations advice and negotiations.

Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Supporting junior team members where appropriate.

Requirements

MRICS qualified.

Ideally a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).

Proven building surveying experience within the commercial property sector.

Strong project delivery and contract administration skills.

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

A proactive and commercially minded approach.
