Quantity Surveyor – Sweden & Finland

Required for a leading Nordic civil engineering and infrastructure contractor specializing in large-scale data centre, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Sweden and Finland.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support project delivery across Sweden and Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, procurement support, valuations, variations, and commercial reporting on major construction and infrastructure projects.

Requirements
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or data centre projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Fluent English; Swedish or Finnish is beneficial.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent with rotation schedule.
