A multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulations to help grow and lead its long standing compliance offering.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both the CDM and Building Regulations Principal Designer role. The position offers a 50/50 split between the two, giving you a varied day to day as you aid the Director in growing their already established Principal Design service.
The successful Principal Designer will manage CDM and Building Regulation risk on large scale Commercial, Healthcare and complex Residential projects.
The Role
The successful Principal Designer will manage CDM and Building Regulation risk within a client facing position. You will have a clear and concise split within your portfolio, allowing for a varied day to day.
The Person
The Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 5 years within an Architectural or CDM Principal Design role.
The successful Principal Designer will be APS certified as a Principal Designer, if they come from a CDM background.
The successful Principal Designer will be an ARB registered Architect, if they come from an Architectural background.

The salary is negotiable dependant on your ability and experience but as a guide:
