Project Manager Construction Consultancy
A well-established construction consultancy based in Leeds is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its growing project management team. The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
Acting as lead Project Manager across multiple projects
Managing projects through the full project lifecycle
Coordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
Developing and maintaining project programmes
Managing project budgets, risks and reporting processes
Leading client meetings and project communications
Supporting procurement and tender activities
Monitoring project performance against key milestones
Ensuring effective project governance and delivery controls
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Project Manager
The successful Project Manager will have:
Previous construction consultancy experience
Experience delivering projects through both pre and post-contract stages
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related construction discipline
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
Good commercial awareness and programme management capabilities
Experience working across multiple sectors would be advantageous
Chartered status or progression towards MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent would be beneficial
A proactive and professional approach to project delivery
