Job Title: Electrical Construction Manager (Commercial Fit-Outs)
Location: Central London
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across Central London. The role suits either an established Construction Manager, Site Manager, or a strong Electrical Supervisor looking to step up, with solid experience managing electrical packages on fast-paced commercial projects.
You will be responsible for coordinating on-site electrical works, managing subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day electrical site operations on commercial fit-out projects
Oversee CAT A and CAT B electrical installations from pre-start through to completion
Coordinate subcontractors, labour teams, and suppliers
Ensure works are delivered on programme and within budget
Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
Liaise with project managers, main contractors, and client teams
Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
Requirements
Background in electrical construction within commercial fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B essential)
Experience as Electrical Supervisor, Site Manager, or Construction Manager
Strong understanding of electrical installations and site coordination
Ability to manage subcontractors and site labour effectively
Good knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in fast-paced Central London environments
