Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housing Site Engineer to join our growing residential construction team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing developments, ensuring engineering works are completed safely, accurately, and in line with project specifications and programme requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting residential developments and contribute to the successful delivery of new homes within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Setting out for residential housing developments, including roads, foundations, drainage, and infrastructure.

* Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and health & safety regulations.

* Conducting site surveys and producing accurate records.

* Managing quality control procedures and maintaining site documentation.

* Liaising with site managers, subcontractors, utility providers, and design teams.

* Identifying and resolving technical issues on site.

* Monitoring progress against project programmes and reporting to senior management.

* Assisting with as-built surveys and handover documentation
