A large-sized developer with many divisions across London and the home counties is on the lookout for a Commercial Manager. With a large order book of work and many projects starting at a rapid rate, this developer has exciting times ahead

This is a great time to join this contractor with plenty of opportnuity to grow along with the company in line with its expansion.

As Commercial Manager on this project, you will manage a team of surveyors across many different projects across the region. The Commercial Manager who is successful in obtaining this role will have a demonstratable experience in a similar role. With new projects starting all the time, you will have the opoprtnuity to add to your team and mould it to look how you feel fit.

Requirments:

• Relevant Degree in Construction
• Previous experience in a Commercial Manager role
• Experience with both Developers and Main Contractors
